Financial Assistance

NESAW offers an exceptional value in career training. In less than a year, you receive an education that prepares you for immediate employment without leaving you with excessive debt and overwhelming monthly payments.

Although we are not currently part of the federal financial aid system, there are a number of options to help make NESAW affordable. We're more than happy to work with you on an individual basis, so please contact us if you have questions/concerns about your ability to afford the program.

Prepayment Discount

Students who wish to pay the entire tuition up front will receive a prepayment discount. The materials and book fee can be paid at that time or on the first day of school.

  • Tuition payment in full by June 15 = $250 discount
Tuition Payment Plan

Students who do not wish to pay in full can select from several payment plans:

A) NESAW Payment Plan
Students may finance up to $5,000 at an interest rate of 9% for the 9-month school year. Students borrowing the full amount will pay $4,250 in tuition and $600 in materials on or before the first day of school and then pay $576.60 per month from October to June. There is no prepayment penalty. Payments are made directly to NESAW and the total amount of interest paid is $189.37. No application for credit is required.

B) TFC Payment Plan
Students may finance up to $7,000 at an interest rate of 10% for 11 months. Students borrowing the full amount will pay $2,250 in tuition and $600 in materials on or before the first day of school and then pay $668.62 per month from October to August. There is no prepayment penalty. Payments are made directly to TFC by automatic withdrawal and the total amount of interest paid is $354.84. An application for credit is required and a small fee may be assessed for the credit processing. Students who choose this option will not receive their official Certificate of Completion until payment has been made in full.

C) Wells Fargo Education Loan
Please contact us about this directly, as a different application process applies. Interest rates and loan terms will vary, based on credit reports and income. Payments may be deferred until graduation.

Military Tuition Assistance

Students may be eligible to use GI Bill funds to pay for their education at NESAW. Each branch of the service has its own criteria and application process, which must be completed by the student. We recommend that potential students check into this concurrently with the NESAW application process.

Federal Assistance

Our program is approved for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), Vocational Rehabilitation, Trade Adjustment Act (TAA), and other funding . Please check with your HR/Placement office or your local career center for more information.
